Shipping Policy:
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Orders are shipped out directly from any of our many warehouses located in India and we will do everything we can to get you your order as fast as they can! Due to the popularity of our offers, please allow an estimated 3-5 days for your order to arrive.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
YES, you will receive the AWB number (within 1 – 2 days) once you place an order. You can track your order on our Tracking Page with the help of an AWB number.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

No refunds are provided if you do not like a product(s) taste, texture and/or smell. Products sold by Jay Jalaram Enterprise are natural. Therefore, by their very nature, Jay Jalaram Enterprise has no control over how they are naturally formed and thus can not control the taste, texture and /or smell of products sold.
No refunds are provided once your order has been processed and shipped.
No refunds are provided once your order has been delivered and tracking information confirms the delivery.
No refunds are provided for lost packages. It is highly recommend that you select a shipping service that has full tracking:

Please DO NOT EXPECT your package to arrive quickly if you select any of these services that do not offer full tracking. Delivery times will be slow due to the cheaper shipping option.

No refunds will be issued if your package is lost under any of these services that do not offer full tracking.

If a package is returned to sender, a partial refund will only be issued for unopened packages. Only refunds for item(s) purchased will be given. No refunds for shipping costs will be issued.
Full refunds are only provide if you request to cancel your order within 2 hours of placing your order, by contacting Jay Jalaram Enterprise. If you try to cancel after this time, your order may still be processed and your cancellation may not be accepted.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will be emailed to say your refund has been issued.
Late or missing refunds
Please allow 5-7 days to receive the refund. If after this time you have not received a refund yet, first check your account again.
Then contact your bank/credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed and credited.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges once an order has been shipped. Exchanges can be made before orders are processed and shipped. Only products that are like for like in weight or price can be exchanged.
